Promote and maintain quality customer relationships for existing and new customers through accurate and prompt processing of transactions, referrals and sales of appropriate bank products and services, and adherence to Bank policies and procedures.
- Increase and maintain Bank’s relationship with existing customers.
- Identify customers’ financial needs in order to make appropriate, qualify referrals.
- Transaction and operational proficiency and efficient processing of same.
- Knowledge of First National Bank’s products and services and ability to match same with individual customer needs.
- Willing and able to assist other branches as needs arise.
- Follow the Retail Standards of Excellence.
- Perform CARE behaviors, including but not limited to: letters, post cards, tag ons, phone calls, cross sells, up sells, referral, and first hour.
- Ensure adherence to audit, security, compliance, and all other First National Bank’s policies and procedures.
- Participate in branch sales promotions and other events.
- Contribute to promote, and support a positive, productive, and professional environment.
- Support First National Bank’s Vision and Mission.
- All other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Results oriented, high motivated, outgoing, positive professional
- Willingness to embrace training and professional development.
- Retail sales, customer service, cash handling, and/or banking experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of computer keyboard and 10-key calculator.
- Basic math skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
